Returns and refund

At Shirley’s Skincare, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic products to support your skincare goals. Due to the health and safety nature of our supplements and skincare items, all sales are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the order has been processed and shipped.

Exceptions

While we do not accept returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your package arrives with significant damage that affects the integrity of the product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 059 276 2428 with photos of the shipping box and the damaged product.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please notify us via WhatsApp at 059 276 2428, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
